Belly Pics: Weeks 25-30

I decided to take on a huge task that I have finally completed so I'm hoping to be more regular in my blog posts. What is it you ask? I created a Mixbook of Adalyn's first year. If you remember in the past I've made multiple Mixbooks for her but the books I made were using all of her professional pictures that Jes has taken: Newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and 12 month. I have so many pictures just living in our computer and tons of snapshots from the hospital of Adalyn meeting family and friends that I knew I needed to make a book. I can't promise that any pictures past the first year will ever be put in a book, but I wanted at least that first year documented. I'm hoping to start family photo books at some point so I don't have to do separate books for each child each year:) Anyway, it was a huge undertaking that I wanted to finish before Cayden arrived. Plus I had a $15 for $50 groupon that was going to expire at the end of June that I wanted to put toward it. It took me ages to sort through all the pictures on the computer to decide which ones to use. I started creating the book month to month through her first year and by her birthday I had created 91 pages!! I would have never guessed it would be that long! I ended up using 396 pictures. I've ordered it and can't wait for it to arrive to see it in person! So much work and love went into making it. Now that that isn't hanging over my head, maybe I can spend my evenings uploading pictures and blogging! I really do have a ton of blog posts floating around in my head and just need the time to write them!

As I was uploading pictures I realized that I have 6 weeks worth of belly pics that I have yet to blog. There's even a sneak peek of Cayden's nursery through these weeks.

And just for giggles lets look at my 30 week belly picture from Adalyn.
It's crazy that I only have 10 weeks left! Cayden is a mover and shaker and I love feeling him flip flop around in my belly. I just can't believe that so very soon I will be holding him in my arms! We have another ultrasound in 2 weeks and I'm hoping to finally see his face on the ultrasound! In the meantime I need to get to working on sewing nursery curtains and finding some boyish nursery decorations that aren't sport or animal themed. Not sure if that will actually happen:) I know it will all come together!

I'm with you - I can't believe we've only got 10 weeks left...it seriously just seems crazy! Love the week by week pics - I'm impressed too because I can barely remember to do mine every 4! I've been uploading pics to Mixbook today so I'm right behind ya! Can't wait to hear how the book turns out for you.
